## Description

Horezmi draws working CAD files from whatever you have: a phone photo of a paper plan, a scan of an old drawing, a PDF or a hand sketch with sizes.

## What you get

- DWG and DXF with walls, doors and windows as objects, rooms with areas and real dimension objects, each on its own layer
- A PDF sheet to scale (ARCH/ANSI, ISO A-series or GOST title blocks)
- A 3D model and a colour plan for presentations
- From the same plan: a bill of quantities, a cost estimate by room and an IFC model
- Vector PDFs are copied into DWG line for line

## Workflow

1. Upload the picture, scan or PDF in the browser.
2. Horezmi reads the drawing and redraws it as a plan, usually in 2 to 5 minutes.
3. Fix the result in plain words, the way you would tell a colleague: make the kitchen window wider, move the door to the hall.
4. Download the files.

## Beyond houses

## Limits

The drawing is a draft made by AI; check the dimensions before building. On a very dense sheet it can misread a room, and it says so under the drawing. Line art such as ships or machines comes through as a plain trace on one layer.
