Parametric modeling without an installation

FreeCAD Web compiles the open-source FreeCAD application to WebAssembly. It includes the OpenCASCADE geometry kernel, the interactive 3D viewport, embedded Python, and workbenches for Part, Sketcher, Part Design, Draft, CAM, BIM, FEM, and more.

Large initial download

The first load downloads about 96 MB when the server provides Brotli-compressed assets. Keep this tab open while it starts; your browser should cache the runtime for later visits.

Browser compatibility

Use Chrome 137+, Edge 137+, or another recent Chromium-based desktop browser. Firefox, Safari, and mobile browsers do not currently provide the WebAssembly JSPI support this port needs.

About this beta

This is an experimental, unofficial browser port of FreeCAD. Save important work locally and expect some desktop features or workbenches to be incomplete.
